Our Team
ORLID is founded by a team of nationally and internationally renowned researchers and specialists in Logistics. Their experience comes from several research and empirical studies on logistics and sustainability in Morocco and abroad.
Members and Founders
The creation of the observatory is the result of collaboration between researchers from Ibn Zohr University in Agadir belonging to the Faculty of Economic, Legal and Social Sciences and the National School of Commerce and Management in Agadir.
Jamal El Baz
Full Professor/Senior Lecturer (PES), researcher and consultant, Board member of the AIRL-SCM association. Fulbrighter at the College of Charleston in the United States and visiting professor at the University of Strasbourg. Professor El Baz's research articles are published in several renowned journals in Logistics, SCM and Sustainability.
Meryem Serghini
Professor with Habilitation (HDR) and member of the Laboratory of Research Study in Applied Economics and Management (LEREMA) at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Agadir. His areas of expertise cover information systems in logistics and digitalization.
Malika Ajerame
Professor with Habilitation (HDR) and member of the Laboratory of Research Study in Applied Economics and Management (LEREMA) at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Agadir. She has several research projects to her credit in the field of outsourcing, digital transformation and information systems in logistics and digitalization.
